If you have inquiries on purchasing a car, or intent to make appointment for a test drive or request for other related services, you can make an appointment through Appollen's online platform (such as the official website and mobile application), third-party online platforms that co-operate with us or through our authorized partners. When you purchase a car and make an appointment for a test drive, we will receive these information: your name, cell phone number, city, model of interest and other particulars. Upon your consent, we will request you to authorize us to use your location information to recommend the nearest test drive location for you. The page may vary from platform to platform and from scene to scene, please refer to the specific page and your corresponding operation. Prior to commencement of test drive, test driver's identity information and driving qualification has to be verified. You are required to provide the test driver's name, cell phone number, ID card information and motor vehicle driving license. When you make a car purchase inquiry or test drive appointment for someone other than yourself, please make sure that you have obtained the aforementioned individual’s consent to provide personal information. Based on information provided, we will then proceed to arrange our staff or authorized partner's staff to contact you and provide you with the services you need. We will from time to time send you products/services, news and advertisements, events, promotions and promotions, or invite you to participate in research or service experience activities via email, SMS, telephone, etc. We may anonymize or de-identify the above information provided by you to form statistical information and reports that do not contain your personally identifiable information and are properly processed for research and development, user group analysis, and product/service improvement purposes.
